At Happy Healthy, our vision is to make good nutrition accessible to everyone. With our macro meal concept recipes and meal plans, we remove the confusion you have with food and make it easy to sustain a happy, healthy life.

We believe the food you eat should not only be healthy, but it should also taste delicious! Our macro balanced recipes and meal plans help you to achieve and maintain a healthy weight, have more energy and thrive! It’s all done for you.

Macro Meal Concepts.

Our unique way of making good nutrition simple. No need to track your macros in an app, we have you covered with our meal concepts and our members only on-line hub with access to hundreds of macro calculated recipes and education! It is like having your own Nutritionist and recipe creator in your pocket, it is a no-brainer! We offer new meal plans each month and no matter how active (or in-active) you are we have an option to suit you.

Light and Lean. Lower calorie and lower protein. Designed for those who don’t move much and need to be nourished without the calories

#SL

Super Lean. Suit most people and great for everyday meals. High in protein and less than 450 calories.

#LCHF

Low Carb High Fat. Great for those with hormonal imbalances, inflammation, digestive issues or insulin resistance. Also great for athletes on a rest day.

#BAL

Balanced. Meals with a balanced macro split. High in protein and moderate complex carbs. These meals are good for anyone who lives an active lifestyle.

#GWM

Great Workout Meal. These meals are for those who LOVE to move! Highest in protein and complex carbs for lasting energy with a slow burn. If you train at the gym most days and have an active job, these meals are for you!

MEET COACH J.Lowe

Jessica Lowe is the Director of Happy Healthy Nutrition and the Creator of the Happy Healthy Nutrition Club and all of the mouth watering recipes. She is a Diploma qualified Nutritionist, PT and Certified NLP Coach and is super passionate about helping people find balance to achieve optimal health, happiness, and self-love!
