Happy Healthy Nutrition Club Member Terms and Conditions (previously known as Happy Healthy Dinner Club)
All HAPPY HEALTHY NUTRITION CLUB members who sign up to the Happy Healthy Nutrition Club conform to these legally binding Terms and Conditions of purchase. Note: All members who signed up to the Happy Healthy Dinner Club prior to 1/10/2021 agreed to the same terms and conditions. We can provide copies of all Term and condition records upon request.
1. When you sign up to the HAPPY HEALTHY NUTRITION CLUB you will be provided with access to our members only on-line hub which will provide you with instant access to our E-books, education, and hundreds of recipes. This content is for paying members only and your log in and password must not be shared with others. Failure to comply to this condition will result in your membership being cancelled straight away and your access to the hub being blocked. There will be no refunds for members who fail to comply to this rule of use.
2. Happy Healthy Nutrition Club members can cancel anytime by writing to nutritionclub@happyhealthy.net.au and by cancelling using the "manage your account" feature inside in the on-line hub. Please note that memberships can take up to 7 days to be cancelled and you will be notified by email once your subscription has successfully been cancelled. All memberships must be active for a minimum of 12 weeks before being able to cancel. This includes weekly payment members and monthly paying members; you can cancel any time after paying the weekly fee for 12 weeks. If you are Happy Healthy Nutrition Club member and you have added on Nutrition Club premium you can add on premium for only one month at a time if you wish and you cancel the “add on” at any time, please specify if you are cancelling your full membership or just the premium add on when you email us.
2.1 To cancel please include your full name in the title of the email and include your request to cancel in the body of the email, also stating the email address you signed up with so we can ensure we cancel the correct account. HAPPY HEALTHY PTY LTD will happily cancel with your advice by notifying us in writing to nutritionclub@happyhealthy.net.au
2.2 Please note upon receiving your cancellation request we will reply to you in writing that your request has been actioned, upon request of cancellation you will be removed from the mailing list and the on-line hub that day. Please cancel your membership 7 days before the renewal is due to give our team enough time to action your request. The nutritionclub@happyhealthy.net.au email account is checked daily in office hours only. Any cancellations after payment renewals will not be given a refund under any circumstance.
3. Please note if you sign up with a 3-month membership you can place your membership hold at any time at no charge. To do this please de-activate your on-line hub account and send us an email to nutritionclub@happyhealthy.net.au letting us know when you want your subscription to start again.
4. All members who sign up for the challenges/programs at members only pricing must be a paying member for the duration of the challenge/program and a paying member for a minimum of 12 weeks total before cancelling. If you add-on Nutrition Club premium to your standard membership you must be paying the standard membership fees during the period you are receiving the Nutrition Club Premium content, to be able to access the hub for recipes.
5. All Happy Healthy Nutrition Club members, premium clients and Coaching customers agree and understand that recipes and meal plans must not be copied or shared with friends and family, and they will do their best to refer people to join the club.
5.1 All Happy Healthy Nutrition Club recipes and macro meal concepts are covered by Copyright laws.
6.When you sign up to the Happy Healthy Nutrition Club you agree and understand that any of your posts in the membership Facebook club page can be used for future marketing.
7. By becoming a Happy Healthy Nutrition Club member, you agree to follow the recipes to your best ability to get the best results.
8. To get the most out of the Happy Healthy Nutrition Club you understand that joining the VIP Nutrition Club Facebook members community is essential for nutrition education.
9. By signing up to the Happy Healthy Nutrition Club you agree and understand that all information and recipes are written for the general population and the macro meal concepts are designed to best help people understand their general needs to make better informed choices.
10. By signing up to the Happy Healthy Nutrition Club you agree and understand that all information and recipes are written for the general population and some recipes and advice might not suit your personal needs, goals and/or lifestyle. Happy Healthy recommends a personalised nutrition program for best results. Our initial consults, coaching programs and meal plan packages can address your personal needs and this will be discussed during the consulting process with one of our qualified Nutritionists/Coaches.
11. Refunds are up to the Directors discretion. Members must conform to the above conditions and cancel their membership by writing us an email when they want to leave the club. There are no refunds for late cancellations.
12. You understand that Director of Happy Healthy PTY LTD- Jessica Lowe is not a clinical nutritionist, however, is a qualified Fitness Nutritionist, personal trainer and NLP Coach. Jessica has studied both Nutrition and Fitness with Australian Institute of Personal Trainers. Jessica Lowe has been working as a Nutrition Coach since 2015 and has vast industry experience and is diploma qualified. Jessica knows and believes that prevention is better than cure and has helped thousands of people improve their health. Her programs are designed to improve people’s general health and wellbeing. The Happy Healthy Nutrition Club recipes, macro meal concepts, and Happy Healthy Coaching programs are designed with the intention to help people live healthier lives by preventing obesity related health issues that are caused from eating a poor diet.
13.Jessica Lowe and Happy Healthy PTY LTD take no liability for sickness, illness and/or any losses that might be caused from a change in diet or use of recipes provided. If you suffer from any clinical/medical illnesses/sickness/diseases Happy Healthy PTY LTD and Jessica Lowe advise you consult your GP or medical professional before changing your diet
14.Happy Healthy PTY LTD takes no liability for miss interpretation of recipe guidelines and/or nutrition information or advice provided.
15. Nutrition Club Memberships and 1:1 Coaching with Jessica Lowe is strictly a minimum commitment of 3 months for best results.
16. Happy Healthy PTY LTD has the right to have a price increase of any service or subscription and will always provide members 30 days prior notice to any increase, giving members the opportunity to cancel their subscription if they wish to.
17. Happy Healthy PTY LTD advises that general advice may not be right for you.
18. Private health care rebates are up to the discretion of your health care provider and not all services will be covered. All of our 1:1 coaching and meal plan sessions should be claimable under extras cover for weight loss and general health. Please check with your provider if you nutrition and weight loss is covered and what the internal claim code is to avoid disappointment. Please ask for an invoice at the time of your consultation and our team will provide you a tax invoice with ABN and provider number to make your claim.
19. All members are required to cancel by writing to: nutritionclub@happyhealthy.net.au 7 days prior to their membership or coaching renewal date.
20. When signing up as a paid member of the Happy Healthy Nutrition Club, Nutrition Club Premium and Nutrition Coaching Program you agree to all the above terms and conditions and will be held to these conditions by law. Upon purchase of any Happy Healthy Nutrition Club membership the purchaser must click yes and agree to all terms and conditions before a purchase is finalized, therefore if the members responsibility to read and understand all terms and conditions.
Terms and conditions were updated on 1/10/2022 upon the launch of the Members only on-line Hub, with the addition of information regarding the launch of Nutrition Club Premium in December 2023.
