Eat, Sleep, Yoga Retreat Trading under Happy Healthy PTY LTD

TERMS AND CONDITIONS – RETREAT WEEKEND 27th-29th OCTOBER 2023

By booking into the Eat, Sleep, Yoga Retreat – Weekend you agree to all terms stated below. For any questions or queries, please email us at info@happyhealthy.net.au

  • I understand that Eat, Sleep, Yoga Retreat Weekend will be run by Jessica Lowe and Nicki Jones trading under the business name Happy Healthy PTY LTD. The activities that I will be participating in include but are limited to are Group meditation, yoga, nutrition workshops, paddle boarding known as SUP, beach walks, outings to dinner and breakfast. I understand there are risks taking part in these activities that I will be participating during this weekend.

  • I will be attending this weekend at my own risk, and I will not hold Jessica Lowe, Nicki Jones, or Happy Healthy PTY LTD liable in any way for any injuries, sickness, illness and/or any losses or damages. I understand it is my responsibility to carry out travel insurance for this trip to be covered for any incidents that may occur.

  • I understand that it is recommended I consult my GP or medical professional before implementing or taking part in any new diet or exercise regimes.

  • I am excited by the Eat, Sleep, Yoga Retreat experience and ready to give this experience 100% to feel my best during the 3 day weekend. I am totally committed to participating 100% over the course of the weekend and understand that I am responsible for my own health and wellbeing.

  • I understand that it is my own responsibility to arrange transport to and from the retreat location, including to the Sunday brunch. I will travel at my own risk.

  • I understand that travel is not included and will require personal transport or take advantage of carpooling options with other guests attending. I understand that if I travel with someone else in their vehicle that I do so at my own risk.

  • I understand that I must pay for the bed option I have selected in full by the 20th October 2023 unless arranged otherwise with retreat organiser Jessica Lowe.

  • I understand that all remaining payments must be paid by the 20th October 2023 and therein will be non- refundable. All payments are to be made via the SAMCART payment link provided and all T&C’s must be agreed to when the first/final payment is made. If payments are made late I understand that I run the risk of losing my spot.

  • I understand that I will need to complete a safety waiver for both yoga and SUP and that taking part in these physical activities will be at my own risk.

  • I understand that it is my responsibility to supply all correct information regarding any allergies, medical conditions, and physical limitations that I may obtain before the weekend.

  • I understand the food menu will be created to suit the masses and that to Jessica Lowe (in house nutritionist and chef) will strive to best meet your personal requirements, however there may be some food outside of your personal dietary requirements.

  • I understand there will be in dietary requirements consult form which I need to complete. The 3-day weekend is inclusive of 6 meals.

  • I understand that the retreat itinerary can change without notice.  

  • I understand that drinking alcohol is not encouraged at this retreat and there will be no alcohol provided. I understand that if I wish to drink alcohol at this retreat that I must provide my own and drink it at my own risk.

  • I understand that if I cannot attend the retreat it is my responsibility to fill my spot for a full refund and if the spot cannot be filled that there will be no refunds given past 20/09/2022.

  • I hereby grant to Jessica Lowe, Nicki Jones and any external contractors working at the retreat the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to use photographic portraits / images / videos in which I feature in that are taken during the 3-day weekend to use / republish / copyright, etc. for commercial use in association with business. I hereby release and discharge Jessica Lowe, Nicki Jones and Valerie Gamer from all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs and video footage, including without limitation all claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
